Returns & Refunds Policy
Order Changes & Cancellations
Timeframe: Orders can be changed or canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this period, production begins and changes are no longer possible.
How to Request: Contact our customer service with your order number or full name. We'll confirm your request by email.
Adding Items: Please place a separate order if you'd like to add anything after checkout.
Refund Processing: If canceled within 12 hours, refunds are processed immediately. Funds typically appear within 1–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Returns, Replacements & Refunds
Timeframe: You have 180 days from delivery to request a refund, exchange, or replacement.
Return Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition and sent back within 60 days of receiving approval.
Cash refunds are available for:
- Items damaged in transit
- Incorrect item not ordered (e.g. wrong size, style, engraving, or personalization)
- Lost shipments
- Confirmed product errors (e.g. wrong size, style, or design sent)
Cash refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Incorrect sizing (if the size you ordered was sent correctly — one free exchange is included)
If you received an incorrect engraving or personalization, it will be treated like an incorrect item. We will remake and reship your item at no cost.
If you decline a remake or exchange and request a refund instead, you are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued for the item(s) only once returned and inspected. Shipping costs are not refunded unless legally required.
Exchanges: One free exchange is included per order. Additional exchanges may require a small fee or a new purchase.
Store Credit: Available for eligible returns. Issued as a digital gift card valid for 2 years.
Gift Cards: Non-refundable.
Express Shipping Information
We do not offer express shipping at this time. All orders include free standard international shipping with tracking.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- Non-Delivery: If your order hasn’t arrived 15 days past the latest estimate, you're eligible for a replacement or refund.
- Damaged Items: Please email clear photos to support@justpromiserings.zendesk.com within 180 days.
- Marked as Delivered: If marked as delivered but not received, check with your local post office or courier. We cannot refund or replace items in this case.
- Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for failed delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- Courier or Customs Delays: These are out of our control and not eligible for compensation.
Return Shipping Costs
Change of mind or size exchanges: You cover return shipping. We'll cover shipping your replacement.
Confirmed product error: We will remake and reship for free.
Return shipping reimbursement: If we request the return, we'll reimburse up to $20 AUD via store credit only. Please keep your receipt.
We do not offer cash refunds for return shipping under any circumstances.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our studio in Victoria, Australia. The full return address will be provided once your return is approved by our team.
Sales, Personalized, & Gift Items
- Sale Items: Refunds apply to the discounted price paid.
- Personalized Items: Treated the same as standard items. If incorrect, they are eligible for full refund or replacement.
- Gift Items: Eligible for exchange or store credit only.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund, check with your bank. If it still hasn’t appeared after 10 business days, contact us here.
This policy does not limit your rights under Australian Consumer Law or U.S. consumer protection laws.
