We offer a 180-day return and exchange policy on most items, including for change of mind, sizing issues, and production defects.
Orders can be changed or cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After this time, orders enter the crafting process and no further changes can be made.
Return Outcomes:
- Defective Items / Our Error: Full refund or replacement.
- Change of Mind / Incorrect Size: Exchange or store credit. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
- Personalised Items: Exchange or store credit only. Refunds are issued specifically for items that are defective or if a production error occurred on our part.
